Looking for Information

To find information that you need, do one of the following:

• Click through the topics in the Table of Contents:

• Use the Search bar to quickly find relevant topics using keywords.

The help system is constantly growing as we continue to document the system and its features. So, expect to see changes on a regular basis.

The Search Bar

Use the search bar to look for topics based on keywords or phrases.

Use the Search Filters button to search throughout the entire system (including PDFs) or through only one product.

 

The Table of Contents

The Table of Contents or the side-menu, is organized the same way that the software is, so you can reach relevant topics by clicking through the same way you'd do it in one of the programs.

 

Web vs Mobile vs Tablet View

WebHelp uses what is known as “responsive design”—the ability of the site to change its layout in response to the size of the screen, whether it is a monitor, tablet, or smartphone.

Web View

The web view displays the table of contents, the icons on the Home page, and the search bar in the header on the right side, as shown below:

This is the view you see on a monitor—as well as some tablets, depending on their width.

The Tablet and Mobile View

This view stretches the Search bar across the header and hides the Table of Contents from view. However, you can still see the main navigation icons in single row and you can bring the table of contents into view by clicking on the sandwich icon in the top-right corner.

This is the view you see on a smartphone—as well as some tablets, depending on their width.

To display or hide Table of Contents click the sandwich menu icon, shown below:

The Table of Content displays on the right side of the screen:

 

Navigate Pages

You can navigate through pages of the website in sequential order by using the arrow buttons displayed in the top-right corner of the page content.
