The following tax updates have been made and are now available.

Form: 2026 Delaware Quarterly Tax Report For Unemployment (M3-3185)

 

The 2026 Delaware Quarterly Tax Report for unemployment, Form UC-8, has been updated.

 

Please download the 26DEUC81.pcl file from the SFTP site under "Tax Forms\Tax Forms for Tax Release 202604-4\" and place the file in your local M3 Tax Forms folder prior to generating the return.

 

Form: Nevada NVGBT and NVFBT Audit (M3-3198)

 

The audits have been changed to a warning so the form will print with the current account number.

 

Form: Ohio Local Village Of Mount Cory Annual Return (M3-3176)

 

A generic form has been added for the annual filing of the Ohio local Village of Mount Cory (OH-MOUE, OH-MOUF) tax effective 01-01-2026.

 

Form: Ohio Local Village Of Mount Cory Quarterly Return (M3-3175)

 

A generic form has been added for the quarterly filing of the Ohio local Village of Mount Cory (OH-MOUE, OH-MOUF) tax effective 01-01-2026.

 

Form: Ohio Local RITA Tax Reporting (M3-3186)

 

The Ohio local tax collector, Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA), reporting Form 11, has been updated to include the following local taxes, effective 01-01-2026.

 

Batavia, OH - Res (OH-BAT2)

 

Perry JEDD, OH - Emp (OH-PERA)

 

Sugar Grove, OH - Res (OH-SUG3)

 

Form: Vermont Withholding Update (M3-3215)

 

The Vermont Withholding Return, Form WH-436, has been updated to use wages associated with VTCC-ERClosed short for "employer" when calculating total wages subject to Child Care Contribution, instead of VTSITW.

 

E-File: 2026 Federal 941 for Puerto Rico (M3-3212)

 

The 2026 Puerto Rico 941 e-file (FITWPREFILE) has been updated.

 

Tax: Illinois Unemployment Employer's 401k Match (M3-3209)

 

The Illinois unemployment taxes (ILSUI, ILAST) have been updated effective 07-01-2026, to exclude employer 401(k) matching contributions from taxable wages.

 

Geocoding: Ohio Local Milford JEDD VIII Update (M3-3178)

 

The Ohio local Milford JEDD VIII (OH-MILU, OH-MILV) has been added and is now included in the tax setup audit recommendations.

 

Geocoding: Ohio Local Village Of Mount Cory Update (M3-3177)

 

The Ohio local Village of Mount Cory (OH-MOUE, OH-MOUF) has been added and is now included in the tax setup audit recommendations.

 

Geocoding: Pennsylvania Local Loganton Boro., Clinton County Tax (M3-3180)

 

The Pennsylvania local Loganton Boro. (Clinton) Keystone Central S.D. (PA-LOG3) has been reinstated and is now included in the tax setup audit recommendations.
