Payentry NextGen Version 1.45 Release Notes

The current release, scheduled for May 28th at 11:00pm eastern, includes the changes outlined below. In addition to the development tags, this release will also include changes that will be enabled at the launch of PayentryONE.

 

Please note that the NextGen application may be unavailable for several hours while the release is taking place.

Update Employee Supervisor Functionality (PENG-375)

 

The 'Supervisor' field found on the Employee Profile > Department/Position screen can now be configured to display either a list of supervisor codes (existing behavior) or a list of active employees at the company. This configuration can be managed by enabling or disabling the new 'Use Employee Records' checkbox on the Company Setup > Miscellaneous > Supervisor Codes screen.

 

  • If the 'Use Employee Records' checkbox is not checked, then the standard list of supervisor codes will appear in the 'Supervisor' field on the Employee Profile screen.

  • If the 'Use Employee Records' checkbox is checked, then a list of active employees associated with that company will appear in the 'Supervisor' field on the Employee Profile screen.

 

Fixed - Quick Link Not Launching Application (PENG-383)

 

Fixed an issue where clicking on a Quick Link was failing to launch the application.

 

Update ZayZoon Single Sign-On (PENG-384)

 

The ZayZoon Single Sign-On (SSO) integration has been updated. This will streamline the initial account creation process as well as provide a more seamless SSO experience.

 

Additional Fixes and Enhancements Following ASP.NET 10 Upgrade (PENG-389)

 

Additional fixes and enhancements have been made to the application following the ASP.NET 10 upgrade.
