This release will be installed for hosted clients after 10:00 PM EST today: Wednesday, April 22, 2026. This update will last approximately two to three hours, during which time Millennium hosted services will be unavailable. The update is now available for all self-hosted Licensees to download from our SFTP site.

Form: Nevada Modified Business Tax - Financial Business Return Audit Update (M3-3187)

 

The Nevada Modified Business Tax - Financial Business return audit has been updated to look at the most recent account number.

 

Form: North Carolina Employer's Quarterly Tax And Wage Report (M3-3167)

 

The North Carolina Employer's Quarterly Tax and Wage Report, Form NCUI 101, has been updated.

 

Form: Ohio RITA Update (M3-3173)

 

The Ohio RITA Form 11 for Monthly, Semi-Monthly, and Quarterly filers has been updated. An issue that caused certain municipalities to not appear on the form has been resolved.

 

E-File: 2026 New Mexico Workers Compensation Update (M3-3183)

 

The New Mexico Workers Compensation (NMWCEFILE) e-file has been updated.

 

System: 941 Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return Update (M3-3171)

 

The 941 Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (FITW41) and e-file (FITW41EFILE) have been updated. An issue where leading zeros were dropped and incorrect data was populated in the overpayment bank information has been resolved.

 

System: 2026 Mid-year State Minimum Wage Rates (M3-3189)

 

The following states have updated their minimum wage hourly rates:

 

Effective 04-24-2026:

 

  • Virgin Island: $12.00

 

Effective 07-01-2026:

 

  • Alaska: $14.00

  • District of Columbia: $18.40

  • Oregon: $15.55

 

Effective 09-30-2026:

 

  • Florida: $15.00
