Payentry NextGen Version 1.30 Release Notes

The current release, scheduled for July 31st at 11:00pm eastern, includes the changes outlined below. In addition to the development tags, this release will also update the underlying version of M3 to 3.29.185.2859 and the 401k report (MPI_0702).

 

Please note that the NextGen application may be unavailable for several hours while the release is taking place.

Development Tags

 

• Add TIPayentry Service Level to TimeImport Service

• Add PayentryONE Interface Rights

• Add New Employee User Type to User Administration

 

Development Tag Details

 

Add TIPayentry Service Level to TimeImport Service (PENG-261)

 

In preparation for the launch of PayentryONE, a new service level has been added to the TimeImport service. The new service level, 'TIPayentry', should only be used once a client has migrated to the new PayentryONE application.

 

 

 

Add PayentryONE Interface Rights (PENG-274)

 

In preparation for the launch of PayentryONE, we have added a new section to the Security Roles > Interface Rights tab. Once a client is using PayentryONE, this will be used to configure UI security for a particular role within the new application.

 

 

Add New Employee User Type to User Administration (PENG-280)

 

In preparation for the launch of PayentryONE, we have updated the list of options in the 'User Type' dropdown found on the System Security > User Administration tab.

 

1. A new 'Employee Users' option has been added.

2. The 'All Users' option has been changed to 'Non-Employee Users.' This will be a combination of Company and System Level users.
