'Cannot edit own timecard' Privilege Updated (TM-132)

We have updated the ‘Cannot edit own timecard’ privilege to prevent users from adding new records or deleting existing records from their timecard. This is in addition to the existing functionality that prevents users from editing existing rows on their timecard.

Automatic Close of Old Timecards (TM-123)

Going forward, all timecards with a check date that is 14 days past current date or older, will be automatically closed on a regular schedule. This is meant to improve system performance.

Removed Facial Recognition Settings (TM-122)

We have removed the facial recognition settings that could previously be found on the the Clocks > Devices page. However, companies that currently utilize this functionality will continue to be able to use it.

Time Management Sync to Ignore Certain Employee Job Records (TM-128)

We have updated the Time Management sync process to ignore employee job records of inactive employees and continue with the syncing process.
