M3 Users can sync with MPAY for the changes. M3 Users, please remember to restart your Process Servers after performing a SyncUP to MPAY.

Tax Development Tags

E-File: Colorado Paid Family Leave (M3-1205)

We have updated the Colorado Paid Leave e-file to only give a warning when the SSN starts with a 9 and removed the zero wage files.

E-File: Oregon OQ (M3-1206)

The Oregon OQ file has been updated to include a Paid Leave calculation correction and set the Preparer License number to 0.

Form: Pittsburg, Pennsylvania ET-1 (M3-1227)

The Account number has been moved to City Account on the Pittsburg Pennsylvania ET-1 [PA-PITC] form.

Form: Pittsburg, Pennsylvania LT-1 (M3-1228)

The Account number has been moved to City Account on the Pittsburg, Pennsylvania LT-1 [PA-PITF] form.

Rate: New York MCTMT Limit (M3-1225)

New York MCTMT Tax has been updated to withhold only when over $312,500.

Rate: New York MCTMT Zone 2 (M3-1203)

New York MCTMT Zone 2 rate has been updated in the system.

Effective Date: 07/01/2023

Rate: Utah Withholding Head of Household (M3-1223)

Added the Head of Household status for Utah Withholding.

Tax: Obsolete St Matthews Kentucky Local (M3-1204)

A duplicate code was discovered for St. Matthews, Kentucky Local Tax.

KY-SAI1 is being updated to obsolete on 09/01/2023.

KY-STM1 is the now the only active code.

Please verify you are using the correct code.
