Tax Release Notes 202304-1

The following tax updates have been made and are available.

 

M3 Users can sync with MPAY for the changes. Please remember to restart your Process Servers after performing a SyncUP to MPAY.

 

Please Note: There are tax form files for this release that will need to be downloaded from the MPAY SFTP server. See below for details.

 

Another Tax Release is scheduled for Friday with additional Q1 items, and another communication will be sent when available.

E-File: 2023 941 Puerto Rico (M3-1031)

The 941PR E-File has been updated for 2023.

 

E-File: Colorado Paid Family Leave (M3-978)

The 2023 Colorado Paid Family Leave E-File has been added. Please remember to setup the COPFL-EEClosed short for "employee" tax code for all employees to be included. If the employer is going to pay the tax on behalf of the employee please block the tax.

 

E-File: 2023 Florida Reemployment (M3-1010)

MPAY's Florida Software ID has been updated.

 

Form: 2023 Alabama A-6 Employers Monthly Return of Income (M3-985)

The Alabama A-6 Form has been updated for 2023.

 

Note: Please download the file 23ALA61A.pcl from the SFTP under “Tax Forms\Tax Forms for Tax Release 202304-01\” and place the file in your local M3 Tax Forms folder prior to generating the return.

 

Form: Colorado Paid Leave (M3-1038)

A new generic Colorado Paid Leave Form is now available.

 

Form: 2023 Maine 941 (M3-1043)

Maine’s 941 Form has been updated for 2023.

 

Note: Please download the 23ME41ME1.pcl, 23ME41ME2.pcl,& 23ME41ME3.pcl form files from the SFTP under “Tax Forms\Tax Forms for Tax Release 202304-01\” and place the file in your local M3 Tax Forms folder prior to generating the return.

 

Form: 2023 Maine ME CU-1 Contributions Report (M3-1040)

Maine’s ME CU-1 Contributions Report has been updated for 2023.

 

Note: Please download the file 23MEUC11.pcl from the SFTP under “Tax Forms\Tax Forms for Tax Release 202304-01\” and place the file in your local M3 Tax Forms folder prior to generating the return.

 

Form: 2023 Maine ME CU-1 Wage Listing (M3-1041)

Maine’s ME CU-1 Wage Listing has been updated for 2023.

Form: 2023 Oregon 132 (M3-1014)

Oregon’s 132 has been updated for 2023.

Rate: 2023 Georgia State Unemployment (M3-1048)

Georgia’s State Unemployment has been updated in the system.
