The current release includes the following changes:

Total Worked Hours Now Display on Check Stub (ESS-55)

In order to provide employees with a breakdown of total worked hours, we have added an option to display a new ‘Total Worked Hours’ section on check stubs in My Payentry. For this information to appear, several steps need to be taken as outlined below:

1. Ensure that the ‘Worked’ option is properly set on all company earning codes. This is critical in order for the worked hours information to be accurate.
2. Enable the new ‘Display Worked Hours Summary’ property on the check service, which can be found on the General tab.

With the above steps completed, check stubs in My Payentry will include a new ‘Total Worked Hours’ section; this will also update all check stubs past and present.

Please note that this functionality is now available on check stubs generated by the Mobile App, my.payentry.com, and Millennium.
