Time Off

In the Time Off section of Time Management you can:

  • Manage your employee's time-off requests.
  • View how much paid time off has accrued for each accrual plan assigned to the employee.
  • Make requests for paid time off on behalf of the employee.
  • Approve, deny, or delete requests for paid time off if the user has certain privileges.

 

Important: You can only view this section of the website if you have activated integrated accruals. If you use the previous version and want to upgrade, you must complete a conversion process. For more information, see Complete the Conversion Wizard.

Feature Description
Activate the Updated Time Off Features Describes the process to enable the upgraded Time Off features in your system.
General Time Off Procedures Describes the processes to submit, approve, deny, and delete a time off request.
View Displays the accrual balances for each accrual plan assigned to an employee. If you are an administrator, you can view the balances for all employees in your company.
Requests Allows the administrator to make requests on an employee's behalf.
Manage Allows the administrator to approve, deny, or delete requests and view requests that overlap.
