Devices

The Devices page lists all external clocks connected to Time Management and their status. This is where you apply device settings to your devices, determine time zones and in case of the phone app, turn on facial recognition.

Field Description
Device Types A table that lists all the devices and applications a company uses to track time.
Device Id Table A table where you can set device settings.
Active Check box that indicates whether the device is actively used or not.
Device Id Column that indicates the time tracking device or application.
Device Settings Column that indicates which Device Settings are applied to the device.
Time Zone The time zone of the device.
Edit Device Button that brings up the Edit Device menu that allows you to change the Active status of the device, the Timezone, and the Device Settings.
Add User Button that appears for the Time Clock App only, it allows you to add users to the app.
Edit User Button that allows you to edit the password and email for a Time Clock user.
