Unlock Employee Self-Service

If you previously locked an employee's access to your company in My Payentry® here's how to unlock them:

 

  1. Go to Company > Employees > Employee's Name whose information you want to edit or start typing their name in the Smart Search bar.
  1. Hover over Employee Profile, then click on Employee Self-Service, the section automatically expands.
  1. Click on Unlock in the Available Actions section, a success message appears, then status is updated to Available.
