Bank Accounts

The Company Bank Accounts section lists available bank accounts in the company and allows you to add new accounts as needed.

*Show/Hide Account Numbers - button that allows you to reveal the masked account numbers. In order to comply with NACHA regulation we've masked the account numbers by default. Clicking the button will reveal all the account numbers in the column.

 

Table 2-547: Bank Accounts Tab fields

Field	Description
Account Name	Name of the bank account. This is set when the account is added to the list of available accounts and cannot be edited once created.
Description	Description of the bank account.
Bank Name	Name of the bank associated with the account.
Account #	Number used to identify the account.
Transit #	ABA account number for the account.
Next Check	Number of the next check to be processed when the bank account is used. This number is updated with each processing.
