Change Existing Password

 

  1. Sign into My Payentry > My Settings > Manage Profile.

  1. Click on the Change Password button in the Password section. A Confirm Your Identity dialog opens -- however this will only happen if this is the first thing you are updating.
  2. Select the Two-factor method if you have more than one.
  3. Enter a Security code using your preferred two-factor authentication method.

  1. Click the Verify Code button to validate your identity. The Password section expands with the password changing fields.
  2. Enter your Current Password.

  1. Enter a New Password and then re-enter it again in the Confirm Password field. A strong password should have a mix of the following characters: uppercase letters (A), lowercase letters (a), numbers (1), symbols (#) ; and be at least 14 characters long.   2. Click the Save button to change your password.

 

 

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address to confirm the change. You may now login into your account with a new password.
