Delete a Direct Deposit Account

  1. Go the Employee page.

  1. Click on the x button next to the account you want to delete. You may be asked to verify your identity using two-factor authentication. A confirmation dialog opens.

  1. Click Continue if you're sure you want to delete the account. Be aware that deleting will:
  • Distribute the amount allocated to this deposit across the remaining direct deposits. For any amount remaining, a paper check will be issued.
  • Shift the order of processing for the remaining direct deposits.

You are asked to verify your identity with two-factor authentication.

  1. Enter your Validation Code.

  1. Click Continue to delete the account.

Important: This action may not be undone.
