Benefits

The Benefits page lists any benefits the employee earns, their units and rate, and amount. The set-up of this screen varies and it's up to the employee's company what shows here and how employees sign up for benefits. Talk to your administrator about how Benefits work at your company.

 

 

Field	Description
Units	Number of units used in the benefit. Units can be hours, for example.
Rate	Amount of money used for each unit. For example, if units are hours, the rate would be the amount of benefit money earned for each hour.
Amount	Total amount of benefit money for the specified benefit. This can be a flat amount or an amount calculated from the rate and units.
Frequency	Frequency in which the employee earns the benefit.
