Account Recovery

In the event that you are not able to access your two-factor authentication method and verify your identity via a Security Code, you may reset your settings. However, resetting your Two-Factor Authentication should only be done as a last resort.

If your phone is not charged or is not nearby, please wait until your phone is accessible to sign into your account.

If you need further assistance please contact your employer.

After signing in, on the Security Code page:

  1. Click on the Reset two-factor settings link on the Enter Your Security Code page. The Account Recovery page opens.

Note: Your Enter Your Security Code page might look a little different depending on what you have setup to be your mode of getting a security code (authenticator app, call, or text).
