Add ESS Service Through Legacy Payentry®

Before My Payentry® is available to employees, administrators must first add the My Payentry® service to the company's service list. You can do so through either Payentry® or Millennium®. To add the service through Payentry®:

 

Note:  If you do not have access to this page, please contact your service bureau for more information.

 

  1. Go to Payentry®.
  2. Click on Company Setup.

  1. Go to the Services tab.
  2. Select "Payentry® Employee Self Service Access - Grant ..." from the drop-down menu under the Add a Service section.

Note: The service needs to be active for the current date for it to function properly.

  1. Click Add.
  2. Optional. Click Edit to view the Details Subsection and make edits to the service.
    • Click Save Changes once edits are made.

 

The service is added to the list of available services for your company to use. For more information, see Services Tab in Payentry®.
