How to Use Storeroom Manager

The steps you take to use the storeroom feature in Millennium® are straightforward:

  1. Ensure the company you want to process has been set up to use the Storeroom Manager.

  1. Select System > Management > Storeroom Manager tab. The system displays the Storeroom Manager page:

  1. Set the filters you want to use to narrow down the companies displayed in the storeroom summary.

  1. If you want to preview a report (and print it, if desired):
  1. Highlight a company in the storeroom summary.

The print/preview feature disregards the companies that are checked.

  1. Select the appropriate sub-tab.

  1. Highlight the particular report.
  2. Click Print/Preview.

Note: You cannot select more than one report at a time.

  1. For all other functions, select the company or companies you want to process by putting a check mark in the check box next to each company’s name.

  1. Click the appropriate function button.

The remaining features (package, password notification, refresh, archive, and validate) disregard the company that is highlighted.

  • If one or more companies are checked, the system processes those companies.
  • If all or none of the companies are checked, the system processes all companies.
