Company Maintenance

The Company Maintenance page displays a menu that provides quick access to functionality that allows you to run your company operations smoothly.

Note: Depending on your role and security settings, you may either have no access or view-only access to features explained in these topics.

  • Master Company Setup - view and edit information relating to taxes, bank accounts, money transfers, and client/service bureau relationship information.
  • Company Setup - view and edit company information including earning codes, departments, deductions, and human resource definition.
  • - define reports to be printed with each payroll.
  • Calendar Schedule Setup - define calendar schedules that will generate the company calendar.
  • Backup and Synchronize - back up your company, employee, and payroll data to a Service Bureau, and download any updates. There's also a display that shows when the last transmission happened and when information was last received.
