Prevent a Role from Deleting a Process

This example walks you through the steps to prevent a role from being able to use the DeleteProcess function.

There are two major parts to creating this security setting: the first part concerns the interface, the second part concerns the job itself:

• Part 1: Block the Role from the Delete Process Tab
• Part 2: Block the Role from the DeleteProcess SJobClass Object

To follow these steps, you must have administrative privileges in Millennium® 3, as you need to access system security.
