Manage Who Can Approve Jobs

There are many cases in which companies and service bureaus want to restrict certain individuals from running and approving certain tasks. This topic explains how to control who can approve a certain job or payroll.

This process can be broken down into 3 parts:

After you have created the role/user, you can Modify the Rules for Job Types to allow certain jobs to be approved.

To explain the process, this section uses an example. The task is to create a role that cannot approve any job request.
