Explanations of the fields in the System Settings area are as follows:

Table 3-441: System Settings area fields
Field	Description
Payentry®.com Application ID	Enter the value provided to you by MPAY Support.
Server	This field is active only when the .NET Version check box is NOT selected. Enter the value provided to you by MPAY Support.
Port	This field is active only when the .NET Version check box is NOT selected. Enter the value provided to you by MPAY Support.
.NET Version	Select this check box to enable the .NET version of the SecureViewTX job. Only select this option if the new .NET Process Server has been setup and has been made capable of running the SecureViewTx job.
Auth Server	This field is active only when the .NET Version check box is selected. At the time of this writing, the Auth Server is: https://identity.payentry.com Please double check with information provided to you by MPAY Support.
API Server	This field is active only when the .NET Version check box is selected. At the time of this writing, the API Server is: https://secureview2.payentry.com/api Please double check with information provided to you by MPAY Support.

Explanations of the fields in the Data to Send and Retentionare as follows:

Table 3-442: Data to Send and Retention area fields
Field	Description
Do not send quarterlies	Select this check box to prevent quarterly documents from being sent via SecureView.
Do not send year end documents	Select this check box to prevent year-end documents from being sent via SecureView.
Number of days to store on Secure Document Site	Enter an integer that will represent the maximum number of days a document will be retained on the SecureView site before it is permanently deleted.

Explanations of the fields in the Notifications area are as follows:

Field	Description
Payroll reports available	This field is grayed out because it is defined at the company level (see Figure 2-186 in Set Up the SecureView Service) and cannot be edited here.
Payroll Notification Delay	Enter the number of minutes to delay e-mail notification after the payroll process completes.
Quarterlies available	This field is grayed out because it is defined at the company level (see Figure 2-186 in Set Up the SecureView Service) and cannot be edited here.
W2/1099 available	This field is grayed out because it is defined at the company level (see Figure 2-186 in Set Up the SecureView Service) and cannot be edited here.
Select notification template to edit	Use this drop-down list to choose which template you will define or modify in the Subject and Body fields. Valid entries are: PayrollReports Quarterlies YearEnd(W2/1099) AdHocReports
Subject	Enter the text of the subject line of the e-mail notification that will be automatically sent. The text you enter will correspond with the value of the Select notification template to edit drop-down list.
Body	Enter the text of the body of the e-mail notification that will be automatically sent. The text you enter will correspond with the value of the Select notification template to edit drop-down list. Note: These fields are global settings. You can override these settings for each company (see Company Setup).
