Concerning the Reports Associated with Tax Filing

When you use the steps in Define How Automatic Processing Reports Are Sent to SecureView to set up reports in any of the [company] > Company Maintenance > Reporting > Tax Filing folders or System > Tax > Filings > Reporting folders, those settings pertain to the client copies only.

If a client uses SecureView:

  • The reports that would normally print out under the System > Tax > Filings > Client Copies tab are sent directly to the SecureView site instead.
  • All other copies under the other System > Tax > Filings tabs are sent to the printer.

For all clients that do not use SecureView, all copies (including client copies) are sent to the printer.
